1.1. Entry is open to individuals aged

1.2. By participating, entrants warrant that they meet all eligibility requirements and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
2.1. To enter, participants must:

2.2. Only one entry per person is permitted. Automated entries, incomplete entries, or entries that do not comply with these Terms will be disqualified.
2.3. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants and disqualify entries at its sole discretion.
3.1. One (1) winner will receive:
A 1,000 AED in-store voucher valid only at HuQQabaz Abu Dhabi on Friday, June 20th, 2025; and A premium table reservation for the same evening.

3.3. The voucher may not be combined with other promotions, offers, or discounts.
3.4. Any unused portion of the voucher is deemed forfeited and will not be refunded or credited.

4.2. The winner will be contacted via the email or phone number provided.
4.3. If the winner fails to respond within 24 hours, or fails to meet eligibility or other requirements, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
4.4. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5.1. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow HuQQabaz Abu Dhabi to use their name, likeness, and photographs for promotional and marketing purposes without further compensation or approval, unless prohibited by law.
6.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrant or third party arising from:
Participation in the giveaway;Acceptance or use of the prize; orTechnical failures of any kind including, but not limited to, malfunction of any device or website.
6.2. The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to events outside its reasonable control.
7.1. Personal data provided will be used solely for the purposes of administering the giveaway and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
7.2. Entrants' details will not be sold, distributed, or shared with third parties without prior consent, except where required by law.
8.1. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process, violating these Terms & Conditions, or acting in a disruptive manner.
9.1. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and confirm all information provided is true and accurate.
9.2. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.
9.3. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, cancel, suspend, or terminate the giveaway or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
